Deleting your account and data

1. Open the app and sign in as a parent.
2. Settings → Account.
3. "Delete my account" removes your account and sign-ins and you leave the family (the family and the other parent stay). "Delete family" removes the children, all records, history, goals and photos.
4. Confirm with your Google account in the window that opens.

Deletion is recorded at once. If you change your mind within 30 days, sign in with your Google account and restore it. After 30 days the data is fully and permanently deleted from the server. A Google Play subscription has to be cancelled separately in Google Play.

Child device: the child can choose "Leave the family" in Settings; the child's data is deleted when a parent deletes the family.

If you can no longer sign in to your Google account, email manqudaynano@gmail.com. We do not store your email address, so we find the account together with you using family details (for example, through the other parent) and delete it within 30 days.
